..228..

Last night while at the Mecham's house playing games, we pulled our usual move of putting Charlie down to sleep in their pack and play in their master bathroom (the quietest spot of all). Not ten minutes into playing and we hear a thump and we all thought it was one of their boys out of bed. NOPE! It was Charlie making his great escape from his bed. How'd we know? One minute later he was sneaking around the stairs with a huge grin on his face. He'd done it!

Now we'll have to get a sitter when we want to play games, because there is no way he'll ever stay in bed now that he knows he can get out. Now we're just hoping he won't be able to get out of his real crib any time soon! We're not holding our breath. If there's one thing we know about Charlie is that he'll figure it out pretty quick. I give it two weeks and then I don't know what we'll do! I'm trying not to think about it. A big boy bed! Scary! Only because then we'll be "putting him to bed" all night long!

I can't think about it! We have such a good thing going right now.

And here's a picture of Charlie and I at the family reunion.
