it's been a while. i've been a really bad picture taker and everything that goes with it. and now i just feel so behind. i do have some pictures to post, and i hope i get around to it.
but for now i'm busy painting. busy trying to be a patient mom. busy doing laundry (so much laundry).
here are a few new things about us:
*words charlie says: ma, da, yes, no, more, what, car, walk, uh-oh, ka-ka, watch this
*words charlie signs: more, please, thank you
*charlie is nuts about his dad. can't get enough of him. super attached. it's pretty sad around here when it's time for him to go to work. oh the drama of it all!
*mark is nuts about his work. he's been working really hard lately and i'm totally proud of him. he's doing really great stuff for our family. happy i have such a hard working hubby.
*while i on the other hand am really trying to be a patient mom. i think we're both trying to understand each other and we both don't do a great job at it. i know he's dying to be able to communicate with words, and i'm dying for him to. i'm working really hard at teaching him with the tips KOTM are teaching me. and we're getting there little steps at a time.
*and last but not least, i'm in the middle of re-doing (i'll call it) our master suite. not even close to finished. little bits at a time. i love it already.
and that's about it!
